Quality assurance – certifications

For years, we have been continuously expanding our quality standards: We are certified according to ISO 9001, EN 12522-1 and EN 12522-2, but we are constantly improving our service beyond that, orienting ourselves around our customers’ requests and requirements. With FAIM certification, we have achieved one of the highest international quality standards in the removals industry.

This is a standard developed specifically for the removals industry to ensure that companies around the world do not compare “apples with pears”. Worldwide, there are a comparatively small number of removal companies that subject themselves to FAIM certification, and thus companies that provide certification both internally and externally that relocations are provided and executed at the highest quality level.
